For the Spring 2017 issue of Spoonful Magazine, I contributed a cocktail party guide themed around concocted TSA-approved cocktails and reinvented airline snacks. As part of the project, I threw on my cocktail-creating cap to develop four original recipes inspired by destinations like the Dominican Republic, Japan, Ireland and even, New England.
